I think rust-lang/rust#74060 (which is not currently included at all) deserves to be the highlight of the release, possibly removing the "This release contains no new significant features". Being able to use trait impls on arrays of generic sizes is huge.

@pietroalbini yep! I 10000% agree, I just completely missed it when reading the notes. Will add that in front and center.
