Add "GitHub projects"

💡 Feature Description

GitHub Projects are a great way to organize team work and product development.
It is very useful as it summarizes issues and PRs from mant repos.

But currently LlamaHub, "only" supports the following loaders:

• Github Repository Loader
• GitHub Repository Issues Loader
• GitHub Repository Collaborators Loader

❔ Reason

My team and myself use it on a daily basis, and as a a manager I use it to build activity reports, and animate SCRUMs.

👉 So implementing this loader would make it possible to reach a new level of performance and automation.
