I am a professional with over 10 years of experience in technical support and problem-solving, who transitioned into Front-end Development and, subsequently, into the Salesforce ecosystem. I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development (2025). During the period I worked as a Front-end Developer, I acquired and solidified my knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, SASS, Tailwind CSS, and React. I am also familiar with C, Python, MySQL, Git, and GitHub. Currently, I focus my development on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
