[RFE] Register a generic clone repository url scheme with Android on install

I'm adding git client menus to the next release of Gitblit for apps like SourceTree, Tower, etc. The links in these menus are things like sourcetree://cloneRepo/$repoUrl. It would be quick and easy for me to add an AGit menu definition and android platform filter, if AGit had an Android registered url for cloning. (i.e. agit://cloneRepo/https://demo-gitblit.rhcloud.com/git/gitblit.git).
