Upgrade Bootstrap 4.6.0 to 4.6.2 due to CVE-2024-6531

Hello all, just putting it out there that when doing Trivy scans of my builds using bslib and bootstrap 4.x I'm getting a medium level CVE raised and the suggested solution is bumping the dependency to 4.6.2.

Unfortunately I have to evidence showing an attempt at getting vulnerabilities found, fixed.

Since bootstrap aren't going to fix it, leaving this here as some evidence.
