When updating an album, updating each song is very easy via musicdb repair.
But the in case the new files come from a different origin, there is no way around sqlite3.
Editing album data should be much more easy.

  • This could be done in the context menu of an album
  • or by providing a separate command line tool
  • or a WebUI settings view.
