Hamburger menu not shown, if start view changed

If start view is changed to e.g. TV Overview, on top left only "back arrow" is shown instead of hamburger menu when starting app.
So, you can only close app instead of changing to another view from hamburger menu.

How to recreate:
1 go to settings, customize user interface and change start view to e.g. TV Overview
2 go to settings, extended settings and disable navigation history
3 close app
4 open app
5 you will see your choosen start view
6 on the top left there is only a back arrow instead of hamburger menu

Please fix this.
