I have under my elbow some runs on SQK-LSK109 with E.Coli and K.pneumoniae species.
In same way, theses data can maybe shared for you training model.

I am looking for a complete LSK109 data set in order to train an LSK109 model for Deepbinner. I have the computational resources and know-how, but I do not have a complete data set. Are any of datasets mentioned in the previous comments publicly available or are you able to share?

It can be available in collaboration work.
