feat: Adds filtering functionality to user list

Implements client-side filtering for the `NUsersList` component,
allowing users to dynamically filter the list based on various
criteria such as name, email, role, and active status.

This enhances the component's usability and provides a more efficient
way to manage and display large user datasets.

Also adds an example to the documentation to demonstrate filtering.
