Store last known location between uses #58

When shutting down the Turtlebot and booting it back up I've noticed it doesn't assume to be where it last was. Often times the robot hasn't moved yet I need to set its pose again.

I suggest saving the last known location at all times and use that as a guess when starting again. If the location doesn't seem to match we could prompt the user to localize where it is.
