Add support for driving the Create and NXT over Bluetooth

Rootooth and other adapters allow the Create (or Roomba) as well as LEGO NXT to be commanded over serial Bluetooth connection. We should add support in the demo Android app to drive them directly.

Mapping and audio/video might not be possible but the virtual joystick would work.

Today, I uploaded an example in LeJOS project, www.lejos.org to connect with a NXT brick usign a USB connection, but I could make a Bluetooth connection too.
