i dont find any hls options, so how could i transcode a rtsp stream to hls? (m3u8 file with ts segments)

ffmpeg.exe -i rtsp://stream -fflags flush_packets -max_delay 2 -flags -global_header -hls_time 2 -hls_list_size 3 -vcodec copy -y .\demo.m3u8
