My environment

  • OS Version: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
  • ROS Distro: [Noetic]
  • RViz, Qt, OGRE, OpenGl version as printed by rviz:

Hello everyone,

I have recently just updated my Ubuntu with sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade and then I got lighting problems and my UR10e meshes are looking black in RVIZ as you can see in the screenshot below.

I didn't edit anything in robot description file URDF.

Any help is very appreciated.

Duplicate of #1702, fixed in #1703. New release pending.

thank you very mush for your response, but how can I re-add transform of mesh normals?
I installed ros noetic desktop and I have no clue how to edit ros files like that.

I cloned Rviz 1.14.11 in my catkin_ws like #1702 and it works again.
