This package is so needed! Great work.

Any thoughts on adding support for the component ratio method? This method is used by the United States Department of Agriculture's Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) program (https://doi.org/10.7809/b-e.00079, https://doi.org/10.2737/SRS-GTR-80) and I think folks would be interested in using your implementation to produce estimates that are compatible with the FIA.

Thank you, @lucas-johnson! I agree that this would be valuable, but we don't currently have time/resources to work on this. If you or someone you know would be interested in taking the lead on this, we should discuss.
