Are there any references describing the methods in your package?
There is a high change will reject the package on first submisison
just to ask this question. If we can provide such a reference we may
save a round of human-revision by CRAN.
I know the paper is still under review so it may help temporarily
referencing some other paper? Later we may change the reference
to point to the paper that is now under revision. Or maybe we have
a pre-print ULR before this package hits CRAN?
This comment normally comes as the following standard block of text,
and describes the precise format we need to use to include such a

If there are references describing the methods in your package, please
add these in the description field of your DESCRIPTION file in the form
authors (year) <doi:…> authors (year) <arXiv:…> authors (year, ISBN:…)
or if those are not available: <https:…> with no space after ‘doi:’, ‘arXiv:’,
‘https:’ and angle brackets for auto-linking. (If you want to add a title as well
please put it in quotes: “Title”)
