Support 'module' entry point

Per the proposal in https://github.com/dherman/defense-of-dot-js/blob/master/proposal.md for replacing main with module for packages with ES modules in Node.

This gives a better path forward and better alignment with other tools.

Also it should be enabled by default. since it's not just our convention.
