This project contains settings files for the vim editor.

Make sure you checkout this project and files to the $HOME/.vim folder.
To link to these files, add the following line to your .vimrc file in your home folder:
source $HOME/.vim/general.vim

The general.vim file contains the settings that are not specific to any file type. 
The files in the ftplugin folder contain settings specific to file types.

These settings have been tested on:
- Mac OS X 10.7, 10.8, 10.9
- CentOS/RHEL 5.x, 6.x
- Ubuntu 12.04
