Yarp 3.12 released, Yarp 4 will be released soon!

Please do not use yarp master branch (under development) in these days, because we are introducing many new features: the code will be not stable and it might not compile. YARP master branch will be released as YARP 4.0
Also, we are currently not accepting new PRs.

Details on the new release yarp 4.0 will be provided soon.

Please remember that yarp 4.0 introduces some breaking changes that make not compatibile the network communication with yarp 3.9.x, so all the machines of the cluster must use Yarp version
