Frequent synchronizations

I would like to know if frequent synchronizations with the car can create any problems. Thank you

@marcmare VW will apply a rate limit and you will be blocked for the next 24 hours.
5 minutes it's some sort of a golden value, where both the official app and the home assistant can work together without reaching the rate limit.

But, so if I have home assistant integration but I never query it during the day, however does it synchronize every 5 minutes?

Of course, it's polling the data, there are no different solutions!
