Plugin Availability for PyCharm

Hi, I'm absolutely loving this extension, especially how it streamlines the process of generating commit messages - it's been a game-changer for me! I was wondering if you could share a rough estimate or any updates on when we might see this plugin available for JetBrains, specifically PyCharm? I'm really looking forward to using it across all my development tools

Hi! I was wondering if anyone is using the commit message generation tool and I'm so happy the efforts were worth it!

Regarding the issue, unfortunately the there is no common compatibility layer for plugin development shared between vscode-based editors and JetBrains. Port would require a full rewrite in another language (Java). Sorry to disappoint you.

Yes. Its really amazing. I am not sure if you are using git diff tool or something else, but the way like you add custom prompt in commit generation is really awesome. My flow is, generate a summary of all changes, and then make a bullet of all files that are changed with single liner summary of each file that what has been changed in it. It works amazingly.

We attach files fully, then instructions (configurable in settings), then diffs. Yields totally awesome commit messages, agree!
