User profile

From other user (who is logged in or not logged in) can visit any blogger/moderator/admin's profile.

Here, user can only see the blog posts of blogger/moderator/admin with the role (is that person only blogger, or moderator with blogger, or admin with moderator and blogger)

Private profile can't be visited without authenticating, but public profile can be.
