Add a sort of 'negative facet' to exclude a term from the search

This is pretty complex due to the way that facets work (excluding a facet will mean that it no longer shows up, making it difficult to un-click it!) Will keep it on the list, but low priority.

(It's already done "for free" in Solr -- the hard part is building the UI around it.)
