RISC-V technical reference manual (for Bare-Metal environments)

Hi!

Today I have ordered a VisionFive2 development board. I want begin programming on this for me completely new architecture for the purpose of education. Also want to use the architecture for my further embedded projects (, if there any resources).

Unfortunately I haven't found a basic reference manual yet. If there any exists, it should contain at least the following:

• Basic architecture overview (general purpose registers, memory model, memory map)
• System registers
• Execution states
• Exception and Interrupt handling
• MMU
• Peripheral buses description

Sorry, for my maybe stupid question, but in the official software manual form the board is only how to setup a Linux environment. As an electronic engineer (and programmer) I would be nice if there exists any other related resources. I could look into the U-Boot or Linux source code, but I think it's not expedient for me.
