Street Name Search Failures

I have a weird issue with offline address search. As soon as I type in a full street name, it doesn't find anything any more. If I just leave out the last letter, the search works fine. Examples:

• Ottostraße: no results
• Ottostraß: many results for "Ottostraße"
• Ottostr.: no results
• Ottostr: many results for "Ottostraße" ("straße" is commonly abbreviated as "str." in German)

This can be tested with the Germany-Berlin map set or Germany-Bavaria. This was tested with OSM Scout Server 3.0.0 and latest maps.
