關於小狼毫 InputController.m 裡面的一處註解

該現象非 iTerms2 獨有，幾乎所有原廠副廠終端機應用都這樣。也常見於某些 IDE、以及 MS Word。
竊以為這是 IMK 的特性使然：只要內文組字區沒有 marked text，某些功能按鍵（被 Apple 歸類為 numpad key，哪怕不在數字小鍵盤區域內）就無法被 IMK 完全攔截。

於是要不要更新這段註解？cc @LEOYoon-Tsaw
