For these tests to run automatically, be sure to enable Travis CI integration for this repository.

* Use an explicit inclusion instead of depending on (and exposing to) a certain include dir configuration.
* Use 'require' instead of 'include' so that absence results in a hard failure instead of a warning.
The test was initially failing because bin/coverage-check was not
marked as executable. This commit fixes that as well.
