We need some training data to enable automatic cell segmentation

  1. Cancer cells from Aki
  2. Cells from @andimi
  3. Axons from @rg314

This can either be a polygon or masked image.

Aki suggested using the cellpose python API instead that is very good a segmentation. @andimi it would be nice to have a python API for your modification of cellpose ;)

Yes, ideally we'll have a web API that can be called without the need of installing any more packages.
