This page contains known information about model codes and static fields, reported by FC command and others.

Protocol version should be written with the known version numbers (determined using commands F8 and FY00), unless the readings signal a yet unknown version. All other results except G2 should be written with their returned ASCII value in the same order they are received (even though output is commonly interpreted with the string reversed). G2 should be noted with its hexadecimal notation instead.

The following information is reverse engineered from "Daikin online controller" app

Protocol v1 models, supporting "Humidity" operation mode:
"097A", "097B", "097C", "097D", "097E", "0980", "0981", "0982", "0983", "0984", "0985", "0986", "0987", "0988", "09B5", "09BC", "09BD", "09BE", "09BF", "09C0", "09C1", "09C2", "09C3", "09C4", "0A12", "0A13"

The app uses a hardcoded list, supposedly due to missing optional features information, normally reported by F2 command.

Daikin indoor unit model number nomenclature

Here is the model number nomenclature Daikin uses outside Japan for residential single-zone and multi-zone indoor units, for reference, in case any of the above fields correlate with information from the model numbers.
