Can't use JSON MediaType with OData extension

Query.java:356 fixes MediaType.APPLICATION_ATOM and there's no way to override that unless I copy and paste 87 lines of code :'(

We need to provide a way to configure the request.
This includes the request used for the query (Query#execute), for the iterator (Query#iterate()).
