End-to-end test from python API to store ingestion

• Python SDK: Add strict mode #1477
• Add rerun --strict: crash if any warning or error is logged #1812
• End-to-end testing of python logging -> store ingestion #1817
• Run api_demo connected to the rerun --test-receive --strict on CI
• Rename api_demo to api_test
• Extend api_test to cover most of our log_ API surface

We can later extend this with more things, like scene ingestion.

We now have e2e tests running on CI. Let's save the renaming and extending of api_demo to api_test for later
