Describe the feature request

When disabling a plugin which includes plaintext patches, the changes do not go away until Discord is restarted manually by the user. Perhaps a prompt explaining that the changes will not fully go into effect until Discord is restarted would be beneficial?

Why should this be added?

It would solve users not knowing why their plugin isn't working if it uses plaintextPatches, which only are applied upon reload. Yes, the app does prompt to reload when you install the plugin, but it never prompts when you enable/disable.
