I like the idea of Headphones but I don't use it to organize my musics because it destroyed my music collection once. If it had an option to keep the files together in case of various artists, or simply do nothing on its kind of folders, it would be nice.

Is 'Various Artists' set as the album artist for those files?
What did headphones end up doing in your case?
