Have more JSON serialization controls on JsonCommands Set methods.

**Description**: 
We may need more JSON serialization controls on how object is serialized. It should be easy to add a `JsonSerializerOptions` parameter to `Set`, `SetAsync`, `Merge` and `MergeAsync` method of `JsonCommands` type.
