"Bind to grammar/schema..." should be available as a quick fix

Currently, "Bind to grammar/schema..." can only be triggered if xml.codeLens.enabledis set to true, but is missing from the quick fixes.

It makes sense to also expose it as a quickfix, if you don't need to create a new schema.
