regression test of my emacs.d

Next test will be on April 13, 2015. I MAY need new guys in the future.

I need 3-4 volunteers to test my emacs.d every two months.

you need some basic knowledge of Linux, like how to install software, how to run the command line in shell

Install stable version in easiest way
Uncomment below code in ~/.emacs.d/init-elpa.el and start Emacs now!

The directory is wrong.
.emacs.d/lisp/init-elpa.el
