Spanish translation does not match english

When updating for a recent issue, we came across the fact that the Spanish translation, especially for the SMS messaging, did not match the English. We removed the messaging, as part of commit 879ce1a (see #293 and #294).

This indicates that most likely the files have diverged, and need to be gone over in general, making sure that there's a Spanish line for every English line, and re-enabling the messages that were disabled as part of that commit.
