任职要求

2年以上全职社区运营经验
熟悉主流元宇宙项目（如 Decentraland、The Sandbox、Cryptovoxels、Somnium Space）、NFT 和区块链技术
嗅觉敏感，能够迅速捕捉当下热点并与项目运营相结合
出色的全局统筹能力，优秀的协调沟通能力
熟悉常规运营方法、策略，具备数据驱动运营的思维
加分项：出色的英语书面及口语能力

岗位职责

制定以用户增长为核心的社区发展战略
通过创建激励计划和活动等方式，促进 MetaCat 社区发展
MetaCat 社交媒体日常运营，包括但不限于微信公众号、Discord、Twitter等
与 Metaverse 项目方、社区、地主、建筑师及其他相关方建立关系，推动 MetaCat 业务发展
担任 MetaCat 品牌大使
