What the role entails

Duties and responsibilities of a Human Resources Specialist include:
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and meet the requirements of each department
• Post job postings on different effective platforms and find talents efficiently
• Complete the preliminary resume screening and interview process
• Organize the talent pool efficiently and clearly document the evaluation of talents
• Follow up on interview results and respond to emails with flexibility

What expertise and qualities do you need to have?

• At least one year of HR experience (experience in tech company is advantageous)
• Basic knowledge of blockchain/Web 3.0 and what RSS3 is doing
• Exceptional communication and writing skills in English
• Have excellent interview skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• A positive and optimistic attitude, enthusiastic about communicating and socializing with others
• An excellent team player, able to collaborate with our team to achieve outstanding results
• Commitment to our core value: that humans could and must create, disseminate, and distribute information with an approach that is as healthy and as equal as possible
