While Python 3.9 hasn't been officially released yet, I checked that Fedora comes with an installable python3.9 package, so we might turn a blind eye on it ;) Thanks for the contribution!

I thought about using this:

For example installing the python3.8 package on Fedora 31 to get Python 3.8.

But Fedora 31 goes End Of Life very soon and Python 3.9 final release also goes out very soon, so I've decided to bite the bullet.
