Make it easier to turn of reproduction of candidates

The search pipeline will detect and then reproduce those detections to calculate more computationally intensive information (features). That second stage is slow, so it can be useful to turn it off. Currently, that must be done by setting calcfeatures to a curated list and searchfeatures to remove the 'snrk'.
It would be nice to make it easier to run in this simplified mode.
