MathML rendering layout errors

I’m seeing some bad layout in the EPUB Linear Algebra. I have two versions of the EPUB. One is older and lacks the hyperlinks of the newer version. I got the newer one from the EDUPUB samples. It has a lot of hyperlinks in the text and that seems to be the source of the problem. When the page with the hyperlinks is laid out the hyperlinks often trail off the page and are clipped. And navigating around I can get into a state such as you see in the attached image.

I don’t know if this is a Readium bug or Mathjax. I’ll log an issue unless this is know bug already logged somewhere.

Let me know if I need to supply the two EPUBs.

This is with the latest Readium Chrome Extension (2.22.2) running on OSX 10.10.

@rkwright I attached the image from your email. The offset pages (CSS columns) are probably the result of keyboard-tabbing into hyperlinks, this is a known issue:

Hm. I certainly didn't explicitly tab into any links. I was just paging through the file by clicking on the next/prev page arrows.

Okay, then it's something else.

Note that the MathJax context menu can inadvertently shift the CSS columns, resulting in visually-offset pages. But this would only occur when right-clicking on a MathJax fragment.
