[EPUB] Swiping before a resource is loaded skips to the next resource #161

When swiping too fast, the navigator can skip a resource if it's not fully loaded.

This should be solved by adding a state machine in the EPUB navigator, as in Swift: readium/r2-navigator-swift#142.
