Documenting Origin

PR #77 was merged but the doc is still a WIP. Let’s use this issue to keep track of progress/issues/options/etc.

Useful links (provided by @ErikHellman) to check:

Note that on the web, we’re not sure how to handle origin yet, as we can’t “scope” publications to a sub origin for WebStorage/IndexedDB for example.

Also, we’ve had a discussion about that during a call in December 2018 but I couldn’t find notes in the agenda so please feel free to add what you discussed/raised during this call in this issue.
