Changing the date format when creating the backup file #118

The backup files are saved in the format DD-MM-YYYY (e.g. postgres-backup-30_01_2022_00_01.gz) so far. With multiple backups, an overview becomes difficult because of the sorting of the files:

postgres-backup-29_01_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-29_03_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-29_04_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-29_05_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-30_01_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-30_03_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-30_04_2022_00_00_01.gz
postgres-backup-30_05_2022_00_00_01.gz

I suggest to change the format to YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. postgres-backup-2022_01_30_00_00_01.gz).
