It looks like the OIDC settings are not working since v5.
Had them setup with authentik for v4 but trying out the v5 RC's and they are not showing on the login page. This includes the setting to hide the login form.
I scrubbed my settings and spun up a fresh copy in case it was migration issue but same result, no OIDC login option shown and hiding login form ignored.
