what is the dev environment

Very much appreciate work done here on Pulse. But I am curious what it is tested against, PVE8 or PVE9?

thanks, really only reason for asking I recently update to PBS4 and had some issues getting pulse to connect and stay connected. So I understand there might be weirdness yet. No worries , I'm sure its me or just PBS...

If you feel that I should start a thread with details I will, just trying to feel out the situation.
