Overlap config bugged out - setting its value from true to false and back to true, the banner does not show anymore

Hi,

Trying to make a demo using the latest Ionic 2 and native plugin, I found that if the app is initialized with 'overlap' set to true, the banner does show up on top of the view. Tried to set it to false and show banner on top, the banner pushes the webview down as expected. However, the weird thing is, if now you want to set 'overlap' to true to allow banner to show on top of webview, the banner does not show any more? Is this a bug? Thanks.

I am using Ionic v2.3.0 & native plugin v3.4.4. I am testing the app on Xiao Mi Note, Android v6.0.1
