Switch to VerifierName and VerifierType from Name and Type in verification response at V2

What would you like to be added?

The current verification response has 2 fields(name and type) for verifier report. We'll replace them with VerifierName and VerifierType to be more intuitive. Those 2 fields will not be deprecated until Ratify v2. This issue is just for tracking purpose.
