I am trying to convert the badger animation thing into .pl2 but
when i run converter movie.rgb movie.pcm movie.pl2
it says:

"the badger animation thing" - some more details would be helpful.

Note that https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-playground/blob/master/apps/popcorn/converter/README.md warns "If the inputs are not as specified, then the converter will likely crash!".
