SEO details are not getting saved

Describe the bug
SEO details are not getting saved in the Classic Editor draft post

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to post in draft Status
2. change the SEO details
3. click "save draft"
4. show "Post updated." but the SEO details are not saved

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Browser chrome
• Version: 1.0.209

Additional context
API already whitelisted, note that it works perfectly if the post is published so I don’t think the problem is related to API, and I already tried troubleshooting the problem disappear if the Classic Editor plugin is turned off
